Healthy restaurant, rock climbing coming to Howell’s GreenLeaf shopping center.

Represented by Sitar Realty Company/TCN Worldwide in New Jersey, Howell's GreenLeaf shopping center welcomes several new tenants.

A healthy-eating restaurant and a rock-climbing center imported from New Zealand are among the new tenants coming to GreenLeaf at Howell, the newest big shopping center on Route 9.

The burst of leasing activity comes as GreenLeaf at Howell, located at the corner of Lanes Mill Road, enters it second phase of expansion. Its current tenant roster includes LA Fitness, Texas Roadhouse, Xscape Theaters and BJ's Wholesale Club.

Here's what's next:

ClimbZone. The entertainment attraction features 75 climbing walls, which replicate adventure scenes from King Kong to Mount Rushmore. The climbing center concept, launched in New Zealand, opened its first U.S. location in Laurel, Maryland, in 2014. Howell will be the company's third spot in the United States, and its first in New Jersey.

The 20,000-square-foot space will be located next to BJ's.

It complements the movie theater and adds another entertainment attraction to GreenLeaf, said Giorgio Vasilis, vice president of commercial real estate at Sitar Realty Company in Woodbridge, the center's broker.
