
Phil Simonet, principal – Forte Real Estate Partners, represented Feed My Starving Children (FMSC) in a lease renewal at Armstrong Business Center, 990 Lone Oak Road, in Eagan. The nonprofit has had its Eagan operations in the same building since 1994. The lease renewal includes two spaces in the building; 31,052 sf and 7,526 sf.

Simonet has represented FMSC locally and works with the nonprofit in locations outside -Minnesota on an as needed basis. Current locations include Phoenix, Houston; Schaumburg, Aurora, and Libertyville, Illinois; along with local locations in Eagan, Chanhassen and Coon Rapids. The nonprofit has also added food-packing events in partner locations across the country.
