Chad joins Forte from Upper Midwest Management Corporation, having managed a wide-ranging portfolio of over 500,000 square feet of office, industrial and retail properties. With the addition of Chad, Forte will enhance its support of existing property management clients and expand its capabilities to cultivate new property management business in all commercial real estate product types. Chad joins Forte on March 1, 2022.
