Developer Brings Rare New Industrial Space to Midtown Tulsa Amid Historic Shortage of Functional Space

A new industrial development, Midtown Industrial Park, has been delivered this month in Midtown Tulsa, marking one of the few modern, purpose-built industrial projects to break ground in the city’s core in recent years.

Tulsa’s industrial market has been operating under a historic constraint for years with very little construction, vacancy rates at a record low, and limited availability of functional space that meets today’s business needs.
