A private investor has purchased the property which is located at I-88 and Main Street in Rochelle and divided by I-88. The rail-served site is zoned for industrial use and Foreign Trade Zone status. The area benefits from a strong labor force with immediate access to I-39 and close proximity to the new Union Pacific Intermodal Facility.
