CCIM Institute Elects Paul A. Lynn, CCIM to Board of Directors

CCIM INSTITUTE ELECTS PAUL A. LYNN, CCIM TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS

 

CHICAGO (May 2009) – Paul A. Lynn, CCIM, of Houston, Texas, was elected to the Board of Directors of CCIM Institute, a leading commercial real estate association and the governing body of the largest commercial real estate network in the world, at business meetings held in Ft. Worth.

Those elected to the Board of Directors are responsible for voting on policy, procedural and financial issues pertaining to CCIM Institute, its membership and education programs. 

Mr. Lynn was one of 16 Certified Commercial Investment Members (CCIMs) elected on April 24 to the Board, which is comprised of 48 elected directors, appointed officers and past Institute presidents.  Mr. Lynn will serve a three-year term starting in October of 2009.

Mr. Lynn is Vice President and Southwest Regional Manager in the Accelerated Marketing Group of The Chartwell Group, LLC, a member ofTCN Worldwide, and he specializes on providing real estate auction and accelerated marketing services throughout the US as well as Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean.   Mr. Lynn obtained his CCIM Designation in 1987 and has served in many capacities to the CCIM Institute both on a local and national basis, serving as local president in 1993 and most recently completing a term as Chairman of the CCIM Professional Standards Committee.  Over the years Mr. Lynn has been involved in many real estate and other community activities.
