Founded in 1959 Precision Research offers a broad range of qualitative and quantitative research services. The primary focus of the group is on data collection but research consulting, design and moderation services are also available.
According to Berger Precision Research’s need for highly specialized space and the increasingly tight O’Hare market lead to the company deciding to stay at 999 East Touhy. The company moved into the building in 2004 and will be staying for an additional three years. The office is home to a state of the art facility with a commercial test kitchen and 3 full equipped focus rooms.
Berger assisted the company in renewing its lease while 999 East Touhy was represented Janet Mrowka of Siete 7 LLC. Also known as Commerce Center at O’Hare, 999 East Touhy is a 145,000 square foot Class B building. Other major tenants in the building include Emergency24 and Sterno Group.
