The Andretti Global Project Named 2026 Indianapolis Lease of the Year CoStar Impact Award Winner
Winners were selected by a panel of more than 600 esteemed industry professionals across 129 markets for the annual commercial real estate awards
April 14, 2026 – Indianapolis, IN – The Andretti Global Project was named the 2026 Lease of the Year CoStar Impact Award winner in the Indianapolis market. Winners—chosen for their growth, diversifi- cation, and ability to overcome unique challenges in their markets—were selected from a panel of more than 600 industry professionals drawn from each respective market.
Andretti Global signed a lease in March 2025 for 8278 Georgetown Road in Indianapolis, IN. The 240,538-square-foot property first opened in 1995 and was formerly the IndyStar Pulliam Production Center, the printing facility for the Indianapolis Star newspaper.
Chicago-based real estate firm Bradford Allen Development Company managed the redevelopment of Andretti Global's new space, including removing several printing presses and modernizing the building's interior. Indianapolis-based Premier Commercial Real Estate Services helped to facilitate the deal.

With a 10-year lease in place, Andretti converted the building to be its headquarters for the Andretti Global INDYCar, INDY NXT, and Formula E racing teams.
In a March 2025 news release, Andretti Global President Jill Gregory said the facility will be a "state-of-the-art racing and technology center" for the company's racing teams with a planned opening of summer 2025.

The awards honored over 300 winners for their CRE transactions across five categories: Lease of the Year, Sale/Acquisition of the Year, Commercial Development of the Year, Multifamily Development of the Year, and Redevelopment of the Year.
