DES MOINES, IA (October 10, 2012) - Terrus Real Estate Group, LLC in Des Moines, Iowa is proud to announce Bill Wright, Senior Vice President, receives honors as the “Broker of the Year” and “Team Player of the Year”.
On Tuesday, October 2, 2012, Bill Wright received two awards by two different professional organizations. The Iowa Real Estate Association (ICREA) awarded Bill the “Broker of the Year” Award at the Iowa Commercial Real Estate Expo held in West Des Moines, IA. TCN Worldwide awarded Bill the “Team Player of the Year” Award at the TCN Worldwide 2012 Fall Conference held in Las Vegas, NV.
The ICREA Broker of the Year Award is given annually at the Iowa Commercial Real Estate Association Expo and the selection is based on the following criteria:
• $100,000+ net to agent in commissions in the prior year
• Real Estate industry involvement
• Exemplifies an individual who enhances reputation of the real estate industry
“Bill has consistently been our top producer at Terrus and he has always been willing to contribute his time and knowledge to the Des Moines real estate industry. The TCN Worldwide Team Player of the Year Award is given annually to one TCN member based on involvement in and support of the TCN organization. Bill has been involved in TCN as a Regional Vice President, a TCN Board member and has moderated sessions at various TCN meetings.
"Bill’s selection as the recipient of the TCN Worldwide Team Player of the Year Award was made by the Board of TCN Worldwide and represents everyone’s appreciation of all that he has done in the past year.
