Royal Building Solutions, a leading manufacturer and distributor of state-of-the-art building materials, has renewed its 32,272-square-foot space at 5760 9th St SE in Calgary for five years.
The 175,750-square-foot industrial complex was constructed in 1973 on an 11.7-acre site off Hwy.2 in the South Central Industrial submarket. Other tenants in the building include Amre Supply, Karma & Cents Inc and Brazilian Canadian Coffee.
Paul Marsden of Colliers International represented the landlord. Casey Stuart of Barclay Street Real Estate represented Royal Building Solutions.
