With a new Vice President of Property Management, the company announces client-focused strategies to improve revenue generation and property operations for its clients.

Yet, with a growing division and new expansion strategies, the company announced plans to roll out a number of client-focused initiatives over the next few months. The new services will be introduced under the leadership of Dion Chrapko, the company’s new Vice President of Property Management.
Chrapko brings over 20 years of real estate and property management experience to the Barclay Street team. With both asset management and business experience, Chrapko offers a strong blend of revenue generating savvy and operational understanding to ensure the longevity, profitability and efficiency of any property under Barclay Street’s portfolio.
Over the next few months, Chrapko will be implementing many initiatives that will enable the company’s clients to efficiently manage their investments, increase property revenue opportunities and improve tenant relations while reducing costs such as those associated with tenant turnover.
