Greystone Unique Apartment Group is pleased to announce the sale of 10 properties in Aurora, CO. Marc Lippitt, Phil Dankner, Justin Herman and Earl Duffy represented the Seller in all10 transactions.
Unique Properties was selected to list these properties for the first time since the Seller originally began acquiring the portfolio in 2002. He was adamant that these properties be sold in an “as-is” condition and had an extraordinarily tight timeline predicated on a large 1031 exchange. He was already committed to the exchange and the timing and closing were set in stone. Unique’s challenge was to find qualified buyers that were familiar with the market and could move quickly. The Seller did not want a re-trade. Being able to close a cash deal quickly was a prerequisite to even viewing the properties. Unique’s ability to be creative and adaptable allowed the firm to close all 10 properties on the Seller’s timeline.
