Murdocca’s recognition at the national level stems from her receipt of the Greater Harrisburg Association of Realtors’ (GHAR) inaugural Commercial Member of the Year award last year. She kickstarted her commercial real estate career over two decades ago in property management in Washington, DC, and has been an invaluable member of the Landmark Commercial Realty team since 2013. As a Realtor® member, Murdocca has made a lasting impact on the commercial real estate industry with over 11 years of dedicated service to both the state and local associations. Her leadership experience shines through her involvement as past chair of GHAR’s Commercial Council Board of Directors and the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors® (PAR) Commercial, Industrial & Investment Committee. With her wealth of experience and industry knowledge, Murdocca continues to drive excellence in the commercial real estate sector.
