Margaret Harvey, GRI

Margaret Harvey joined Sitar Realty Company in 2004 as a GRI Broker/Salesperson. Prior to joining Sitar Company in 2004, Marge spent 10 years in property management at Trammel Crow and Sentinel Properties in Florida. She was previously the Owner/Broker of Harvey Realtors in Spring Lake Heights, New Jersey.

Ms. Harvey has provided real estate services for clients including Avon Automotive, Grove Radiator Warehouse Inc., Rugarama, Liberty Natural Gas, Ralph’s Italian Ice, Eco Star, Campbell’s Carpet, Flexcraft, Intelekt, Reilly Moving & Storage, SICA (The Shore Institute of Contemporary Arts), The Asbury Park Fire Department, ARTSCAP and SS Adams.

She served on the Spring Lake Heights zoning board for five years, while active in Spring Lake politics, Little League Baseball, the Parent-Teacher Association (PTA), the Theatre Association and other community service activities. Marge is one of the founding members of the Spring Lake Theatre Association, where she formerly served as Spring Lake Committeewoman.

Marge holds a GRI designation and has once been named Broker of the Year in Monmouth County. Ms. Harvey is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the New Jersey Association of Realtors, and the Monmouth and South Monmouth Board of Realtors, where she founded the Scholarship committee. She studied Municipal Government and Literature at the University of Tampa.
