Gannon Roth

Gannon entered the Denver commercial real estate industry in 2005 immediately following his graduation from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado, where he received a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Marketing and Management. Gannon is a Colorado native raised in a commercial real estate household with his father a veteran broker and his mother the owner of one of Denver’s top commercial property maintenance and janitorial companies.

He is honored to have been recognized for and awarded several “Top Producers” awards from his brokerage firms, including a 2016 Top Producer Award from Unique Properties, as well as “Power Broker” designations from CoStar. In 2007 DMCARawarded him the #8 “Young Broker of Denver” and in subsequent years both a top 5 and more than one top 10 “Retail Broker” designation including recently in 2016. He is a perennial DMCAR “Heavy Hitter”. Gannon has been invited to author multiple articles for the Colorado Real Estate Journal and Western Real Estate Business.

Areas of Expertise:
Investment and user-owner sale transactions as well as lease negotiations representing both Tenants and Landlords with a focus on land, retail, restaurant, and automotive properties.

Education:
In May of 2005 Gannon graduated from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Marketing and Management.

Gannon is a member of the Denver Metro Commercial Association of Realtors (DMCAR), the National Association of Realtors (NAR), and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
