Robert Giordano

Robert A Giordano is Senior Director/Sales Associate of Sitar Company, a full-service commercial real estate firm based in New Jersey. With over 20 years of experience in real estate development and banking, Mr. Giordano brings a wealth of knowledge and experience gained as a vice president of real estate development for a major New Jersey bank and a prominent New Jersey real estate developer.

As Vice President, Mr. Giordano’s strong background in the acquisition and disposition of several million square feet of office and industrial buildings and land for development allows him to provide clients highly developed real estate services.

Prior to joining the Company in 1998, Mr. Giordano served as vice president of Wells Fargo Bank, where he managed the sale of over one million square feet of office, industrial and commercial buildings. In previous roles, he was responsible for the acquisition planning and development of several major office and industrial parks with combined build out of more than three million square feet of space.

Mr. Giordano’s most recent transactions include 12 stores for Kumon USA; 10 Countrywide Mortgage branches; Five Guys restaurants in Hoboken, Westfield and Harrison; a 12,161 square foot office lease in Cranford for the State of New Jersey, Division of Youth and Family Services; a 5,000 square foot industrial lease in Somerset for System SPA; a ground lease for an 838-bed student housing project in Newark for American Campus Communities; a 12,220 square foot office lease in West Orange for the State of New Jersey; a 10,800 square foot retail lease in East Brunswick for Karl's Appliances; a 9,105 square foot office lease for the Highway Toll Administration in Jersey; a 4,550 square foot retail lease for Indus American Bank in Plainsboro; a 3,805 square foot office lease for Adecco in Woodbridge; a 4,485 square foot office lease in West Orange for Project Live; and two office leases for Collaborative Support Programs in Clifton and Eatontown.

Mr. Giordano is a licensed New Jersey salesperson. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Upsala College and has completed additional courses at the American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers, New York University Real Estate School, NAIOP, NACORE, Wharton School and the Practicing Law Institute.
