Robert Bogash

Robert Bogash is a Senior Director/Sales Associate of Sitar Company, a full-service commercial real estate firm based in New Jersey. Mr. Bogash joined the company in 2008.

In his role as Senior Sales Associate, Mr. Bogash specializes in business development, industrial, office and retail transactions, representing both the landlord and the tenant.

Prior to joining Sitar, Mr. Bogash owned two successful franchise locations of The Coffee Beanery Ltd. which he started in 1995 and opened his own successful restaurant in 1998. Over the last year, Mr. Bogash has leased over 1,000,000 sq. ft. of office and industrial space and has sold over $35.5 million in properties.

Mr. Bogash is a licensed New Jersey Real Estate Salesperson. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in business management science and business marketing, along with a business collateral in training and development from Kean University in Union, New Jersey. Mr. Bogash also is licensed with insurance, a series 6, 63, 65, and 26 investment principle license that he uses his knowledge and experience with investments and real estate transactions to provide his clients a competitive advantage in commercial real estate services.
