As Chief Operating Officer, Emily drives maximum performance in sales attainment and operational efficiencies by developing strategy and implementing training and development programs. Emily is responsible for overseeing the day-to day sales, revenue, and operational functions of the company. Emily has over twenty years real estate expertise serving both the commercial and residential markets.

As a member of the executive team, Emily develops budgets, revenue management, forecasting, broker and employee training & development and leading company divisions ( including- Human Resources, Information Technology, Marketing and Company Compliance).

As Unique Properties residential expert for over fifteen years, Emily is a recognized top producer with outstanding negotiation skills in the Denver Metro Area. Emily is a multiple year Five Star Professional award recipient. Emily is honored to represent satisfied clients in multiple transactions and referral recommendations.

Education:
Emily received her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a Minor in Marketing from Western State University. She received her Colorado Real Estate License from Jones College of Real Estate.
