Julie Sabroff focuses on marketing commercial properties for lease or sale, property acquisitions, and land sales and development. In Julie’s 25 years in business, she has worked with a wide range of industrial, service and consumer products companies. This extensive experience has provided her with a strong working knowledge of space requirements and financing for industrial and commercial activities.
Before joining Hanna Commercial, Julie served in leadership, finance, credit and business development roles at PNC Bank (formerly National City Bank). These included regional chief credit officer for Northeast Ohio Commercial Real Estate, where she also had management oversight of its corporate appraisal department. Prior to this role she was the Sales Manager of the Business Banking team for eastern-Cuyahoga, Lake and Geauga Counties, where her team was consistently one of the top producing groups. She also spent a number of years in Debt Capital Markets, where she was responsible for financing middle-market leveraged buyouts. During this time she was recognized as a top revenue generator.
Julie graduated from The Ohio State University with a B.A. in Political Science. She later went on to receive her M.B.A. in Finance from Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, and is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt. She is active in a variety of nonprofit organizations and presently serves on the board of Great Lakes Theater.
