Andrew Patterson, CCIM, CPM

Andrew Patterson keeps the organization running smoothly as he leads the company, oversees portfolio management, and deals in investment sales, leasing and tenant representation. 

A member of the Shannon Waltchack team since its inception in 2005, Andrew has been a partner in the company since 2010.  He is a graduate of Samford University and began his real estate career with Coldwell Banker Commercial Eyster Properties in commercial sales. In 2006, he was named to the Birmingham Association of Realtors’ Commercial Million Dollar Sales Club and named Rookie of the Year for sales in excess of $8 million. His other BAR acknowledgements include the following: 2010 Top Producer for the Development Division; 2013 Top Producer for Development and Investment Divisions; 2014 Top Producer for Investment Division; 2016 Top Producer Investment and Development, and is a Life Member who continues to qualify.

Holding both CCIM and CPM designations, Andrew has served as President of the Alabama Chapter of Certified Commercial Investment Members (CCIM) as well as the President of the Alabama Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). He is a member of the Birmingham Association of Realtors (BAR), Alabama Association of Realtors (AAR), National Association of Realtors (NAR), and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).  Andrew was recognized as “CPM of the Year “in 2012. In 2015 he was inducted into Birmingham’s Top 40 under 40 and is a graduate of Leadership Vestavia Hills.

Andrew is active across the Birmingham community through various leadership boards. He and his wife, Bridget, have three children and are active members of Dawson Baptist Church.
