Patty Hartley

With almost 20 years of commercial property management experience, Patty brings property management leadership and expertise to MODE Real Estate Management Services. Patty is the past winner of the prestigious BOMA International ‘Building of the Year’ award in the Medical Buildings category. Being honored for excellence in property management on the international level came after winning the local and regional awards for Phoenix in 2003. Prior to MODE Patty spent 10 years as the Director of Real Estate for the Central Region of the United States Healthcare Realty Trust, one of the largest medical REITs in the nation. The financial successes of her building portfolios is largely due to recognizing that a primary focus is to increase property values by maximizing leasing and occupancy income and minimizing operating expenses. Patty is also involved in several organizations including BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association) and AZCREW (AZ Commercial Real Estate Women). She is a member of the local USGBC (United States Green Building Council), and is the current Co-Chair of the BOMA Green Buildings Committee.
