Ron Kassan

Ron Kassan is the Executive Vice President for the Sherman Oaks Office of Beitler Commercial Realty Services.  Since joining the firm in 1989, Ron has enjoyed a successful and distinguished career.  Ron is justifiably proud of the achievement of being named Industrial Salesman of the Year for 5 of the last 6 years.

Ron designed and implemented Beitler's first Sales Apprenticeship Program wherein he teaches new agents every aspect of the art of Commercial Real Estate.  He is author of the Smart Brokerage Manual, a leading resource for Real Estate and Leadership training.

Prior to joining Beitler, Ron was the Vice-President for an international trading company with offices in Tokyo and San Diego.  Ron still holds a position as an honorary director for the Company UTECO Japan LTD.

Ron graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelors degree in Marketing, Speech Communications, and Psychology.

Since 1983, Ron has served as a Big Brother of America and is still an active member.  Ron is very active in AYSO Soccer and has coached kids for the last 7 years. Currently, and for the last 4 years, Ron has devoted a portion of his winters volunteering for the Ski Patrol/Mountain Safety Team in Big Bear, California.

Ron's interests also include guiding remote wilderness fly fishing expeditions, mountain bike riding, boxing, wakeboarding, snowboarding, and skiing.

Ron's current aspirations include accomplishing fluency in the Japanese language and mastering the art of fly fishing and fly tying.
