George Kalman

George Kalman has been in the Commercial Real Estate field since 1983, and with Beitler Commercial Realty Services since 1986; he currently holds the title of Vice President. George specializes in the sales and leasing of commercial/industrial properties, concentrating on the Los Angeles area, although he has handled transactions in neighboring other Southern California cities.

During his career, George has earned a reputation of being able to search out and secure the value oriented opportunities for his clients. He has sold/leased over 800,000 square feet with value well in excess of $150,000,000.

Prior to being in commercial brokerage, George was involved in property management and syndication of income properties. He has successfully completed deals in apartment investments and land assemblage. In addition to his professional experience, George holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a joint major in marketing and finance from prestigious McGill University in Montreal, Canada. In his spare time George enjoys playing ice hockey, snow and water skiing, and working on renovating his home in Studio City.
