Matt Leonard

Matt joined Levrose in April 2010, and has 13 years experience in Commercial Real Estate. He moved to Phoenix from the Boston area in 1995, a few years after graduating from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst with a Degree in Marketing. In 1999 Matt completed his Masters of Business Administration from Arizona State University. Matt specializes in the Buying, Selling, and Leasing of Arizona Commercial Real Estate – with a focus on Investment Sales, as well as Office, Industrial, Retail, & Land Sales & Leasing throughout the Metropolitan Phoenix area. Matt has successfully closed approximately $120,000,000 worth of real estate transactions between February 2004 and January 2017. He is detail oriented, and delivers a very high level of customer service. Matt loves his profession, and truly enjoys assisting his Clients achieve their goals.
