Roger Clark

An industry veteran with a career spanning more than thirty years, Roger has extensive experience in commercial real estate management, leasing, marketing, and construction management. As President of Bradford Allen’s Management Services team, Roger is responsible for identifying, developing, directing, and operating all management assignments for the firm. Roger has managed over twenty million square feet of office and industrial space throughout the Chicago, Detroit, Minneapolis, Indianapolis, St. Louis, Louisville, and Des Moines markets.

Prior to joining Bradford Allen in 2012, Roger worked with notable companies such as Insignia, CAPSTAR Commercial Real Estate Services, Hines, and most recently, Winthrop Management. Roger has a proven track record of success with a focus on driving performance and strong leadership. Throughout his tenure, he has represented many institutional clients such as Area Property Partners VEF Funds, Metzler Realty Advisors, Inc, UBS, Fosterlane Management Company, Walton Street Capital, LLC, Principal Financial Group, TIA–CREF, and Cohen Financial.

Roger is a Michigan State University alum and likes spending time outdoors. In his free time, Roger enjoys snowboarding, biking, hunting, fishing, and woodworking.
