Ronald Schrader Jr.

Ronald M. Schrader Jr. is a Director/Associate Broker for Sitar Realty Company, a full service commercial real estate firm based in New Jersey.  Ron uses his extensive local market knowledge to provide clients with quality service and creative solutions for their commercial & investment properties.  Ron specializes in investment sales, property disposition, and landlord/tenant representation.  Ron also manages an NJHMFA multifamily property in Monmouth County, and is well versed in the agency’s rules and regulations.

Prior to joining Sitar Company in 2006, Ron worked for a national firm where his primary focus was selling multifamily and commercial income producing properties throughout New Jersey.  He has been responsible for marketing over $100,000,000 of inventory for local and national clients.

Ron was named one of “Tomorrow’s Leaders” by Real Estate New Jersey magazine.  He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Boston College (2003) and an MBA with a concentration in Real Estate from Monmouth University (2011)
