Mr. Overstreet has been active in commercial real estate since 1977 specializing in office, retail and industrial development and leasing. He joined Beitler in Winter of 2002.
Prior to joining Beitler, Mr. Overstreet was employed by Hon Development Company for 5 years and The Irvine Company for 15 years. John was an integral part of the original leasing and marketing team responsible for leasing Executive Park I-II & III, MacArthur Court I & II, Civic Plaza and Phase I of Jamboree Center
Mr. Overstreet graduated from the Cal State University Fullerton. He presently resides in Laguna Niguel with his family.
