Richard Meyer

Mr. Meyer brings 25 years of commercial real estate experience to the Beitler organization.

Mr. Meyer has been affiliated with several well-established commercial brokerage firms starting his career at Ashwill Burke where his primary emphasis was Tenant Representation for commercial office and industrial space and later joined Grubb & Ellis and Daum Commercial.

Prior to joining Beitler Commercial, Mr. Meyer was associated with ITC Commercial Real Estate specializing in representing companies across the United States in their facility disposition and acquisition assignments, investment properties, lease renewal and consulting services. Mr. Meyer was consistently a top producer for ITC, recognized yearly as being in the top ten percent of the company's agents.

Mr. Meyer is currently involved in placing a variety of tenants, as well as representing several landlords. Among his most recent clients, Mr. Meyer currently represents International Seal Freudenberg, Compak Asset Management, Nichol & Associates, Kibel Green and Bruck Lighting Systems, Cybernet, John Bates Architects, DM Investment Management.

Most recently, Mr. Meyer handled the completion of a 40,000 square foot location for Bruck Lighting Systems.  He has also represented International Seal, Semispec International, Canon USA, Xerox, Newtech Resources, Western Growers Association, Coast Technologies and Cybernet.

Mr. Meyer graduated from the University of Maryland with a major in History and a minor in Political Science. He is an active member of Worldwide, member of AIR (American Industrial Real Estate Association) and a member of the National Board of Realtors . He is also affiliated with NACORE (International Association of Corporate Real Estate Executives).
