Allen Freedberg

Allen Freedberg joined Unique Properties to primarily focus on sales and leasing of retail and industrial properties in the Denver metro area. He also has experience representing land developers and owners in land sales.

Allen has practiced real estate for nearly 26 years. His career in real estate is enhanced by business experience in corporate farming (accounting and administration), investment banking (capital formation), and commercial real estate. With a wealth of real estate knowledge and experience, Allen’s practice is nothing less than pertinent and valuable. As a trusted real estate professional, Allen has successfully represented local and national clients including: Coastal Oil Company Ownership of Texas, The National Bank of Commerce (now Wells Fargo), Trust Department of Lincoln, Box Elder, LLC of Arizona, Ace Hardware, Sprint PCS, and the Newcomer Family Funeral Group to name a few.
