• Obtained a B.A. degree in Business Administration from the Monterrey Tech (I.T.E.S.M. Mexico) in 1985.
• Obtained a Diploma for Real Estate Courses taken at The University of Texas (Edinburg) in 1985.
• Has been continuously updating his Real Esatate Education by participating in numerous programs offered by Associations in the U.S.A. and Mexico.
• Completed the CCIM (Certified Commercial and Investment member), ALC (Accredited Land Consultant), CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist).

• Corp de Mexico.” Monterrey, Mexico, affiliated to TCN Worldwide Real Estate Services.
• President and co-owner of “Paredes Asesores, S.A. de C.V.”, which is a company devoted to Resort and Hotel brokerage, member of HBI, Hotel Brokers International.
• President and Owner of “ Inmobiliaria Parcue , S. A. de C. V. ” , company devoted to Real Estate Investments in Mexico and in the U.S.A..
• Co-owner of “Promotora Playacar, S.A. de C.V. ”, company devoted to Resort properties development in Mexico.
• He and his companies have closed over a Billion Dollars in Real Estate transactions since 1986.
