Greg Knott

Greg Knott joined Unique Properties in April 2002 and has been a licensed Commercial Real Estate Broker since 1994. Since the beginning of his career, Greg has successfully negotiated and executed over 900 leases for both tenants and owners representing over 10,000,000 square feet of property. In addition to his strong leasing history, he represented over $500,000,000 of acquisition and dispositions. On average Greg executes approximately 70 leases and 25 sales per year.

Greg is currently managing approximately 1,000,000 square feet of leasable and sell-able commercial real estate of which 250,000 square feet of retail properties and 150,000 square feet of office properties.

Prior to joining Unique Properties, Greg spent the first 8 years of his industry experience with Metro Brokers, Inc as an Industrial Broker. It was in the early years of his background that an industrial niche had taken root through which he now considers himself and Industrial specialist.

For the past 20 years, Greg has been a constant top producer, taking home awards such as DMCAR’s Heavy Hitter award every year since 2002, the Top Producer Award at Unique Properties since 2005, and named a Power Broker from 2004-2016 by CoStar.

Education:
Greg graduated from Kent Denver Country Day in 1985, then attended Trinity University, TX (1990). Greg became a licensed Real Estate Broker in 1993.
