Robert Busey

Bob Busey joined Unique Properties in 2008 and primarily focuses on the acquisition and disposition of both commercial and residential land within the greater Denver metro area. Bob has been involved in the Denver real estate market for over thirty years and during that period of time, he has been marketing and selling commercial properties worth in excess of $750,000,000 to both investors and developers.

Prior to joining Unique Properties, Bob was with Coldwell Banker Commercial where he was the number one broker in 2006. Before Coldwell Banker, he was a member of the Trammell Crow Commercial Brokerage team, where he was one of their top five brokers in 2001. Prior to TCC, Bob was with the Iliff, Thorn Company where he also was ranked in the Top Five Producers in his last five years with Iliff, Thorn.

Education:
Bob received a Bachelor of Business in Marketing and in Economics from the Pennsylvania State University in State College, Pennsylvania.
