Sam Leger joined Unique Properties in 2006 to lead as an integral representative for investment sales and leasing. Sam’s well-rounded knowledge of commercial real estate, construction, finance, and his superior interpersonal skills enable him to provide creative solutions for niche projects for the Unique Team. As a native to Colorado, Sam’s experience is deep rooted and first-hand. He specializes in treating each client with excellence, honesty, and integrity, while always providing unparalleled results. Prior to Unique Properties, Sam served as Vice President for a local Asset Management company.

Sam is a true leader and has consistently been recognized as one of Colorado’s Top Real Estate Brokers and is consistently acknowledged as a recipient of DMCAR’s “Heavy Hitter” award. Sam has a breadth of client experience, but specializes in the smaller “mom and pop” operators, many of whom are local investors and development groups.
