Andrew DeMoss

Andy DeMoss joined Bradford Allen in the spring of 2005. In 2012, he was promoted to managing director within the Chicago office, where he represents both office tenants and office landlords. At the time of his promotion, he was the youngest managing director in the firm’s history.

Andy provides a full range of services for his tenant representation clients including comprehensive market analysis, strategic site selection, lease negotiation, construction review, and sublease marketing. Working with clients across a wide spectrum of industries, he has helped numerous firms realize cost savings with his tenacious negotiating expertise, in-the-trenches market knowledge, and creative execution. The key to his approach is an emphasis on maximizing flexibility, allowing his clients to adapt to changing business conditions.

Over his tenure, Andy has leased eighteen properties of various sizes and asset classes across all major CBD submarkets. His efforts have led to the successful lease-up and sale of 200 South Michigan, 216 West Jackson, and 217 North Jefferson. Andy has led multiple building renovation programs of varying scope and always advocates spending capital judiciously. He currently leases over one million square feet in Chicago’s CBD.

Andy resides in Old Town with his wife. He enjoys playing tennis, exploring the city, and has been a volunteer tutor for the Chicago Lights organization since 2011. Andy has a Bachelor of Arts in economics from the University of Michigan.
