Kary Bulsterbaum is an Associate Broker at Steinborn/TCN Commercial Real Estate and has been in the Las Cruces, NM area since 1983 which includes a valuable 9-year stint and experience in the Santa Teresa/El Paso market. He is the proud father of two children and holds a Bachelors of Finance and Real Estate Degree from NMSU which he obtained in 1994.

He has been with Steinborn/TCN since 2006 and has over 15 years of industry related experience including three years working for Stewart Title of El Paso in the Commercial Escrow Department. He has a unique background related to federal, state and local government transactions attributed to a 7+ year career with Xerox Corporation. Servicing these types of accounts was his primary role during his tenure with Xerox which has correlated to a unique skill set related to federal related real estate transactions which has included assistance for site procurement locally for the DEA, USDA, US Attorney, BLM, VA Outpatient Clinic, and numerous other federal and state related agency transactions including Dona Ana County and the City of Las Cruces. He also has a unique background related to revitalization effort of Downtown Las Cruces which has led to him being a part of over well over 50,000 SQFT of projects within this corridor.

His primary specialty is in the office and industrial segments of the commercial real estate industry and he has been a part of multiple transactions with a positive direct economic impact to the community that include companies that have chosen to locate or expand within the local area. He also has experience in the retail and multi-family related assignments.

He has is a proud member of Mesilla Economic Development Alliance (MVEDA) and has been invited to speak on multiple occasions at their annual commercial real estate forums to update the community on key commercial real estate issues affecting the local industry and provide insight on what is developing on the local scene. He has also taken an active community role over time taking part in numerous committees and endeavors that support economic growth. He is also a proud board member of Mesilla Valley Hospice where he currently sits on their executive committee.
