Becky, is a loyal team player committed to providing Paramount’s clients and employees with the highest quality service and works swiftly to deliver measurable results.  She is a resource for the client, delivering financial information in a clear, and straightforward manner.  She is experienced, detail oriented and dedicated to the success of each project.

Areas of Specialization
Becky joined Paramount in 2004 as their Property Accountant whose primary responsibilities include accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger thru month end procession for Paramount's managed properties.  Additionally, Becky is responsible for lease processing and bill backs, as well as all elements of property accounting from concept to fulfillment.

Professional Experience
Becky has over thirty years of experience in Property Accounting.  In 1986, Becky started her career as a Property Accountant at Welsh Companies in Bloomington, Minnesota and was responsible for all aspects of property accounting pertaining to 21 properties.  Then, she transitioned to Grubb & Ellis in Minnetonka, MN as a contracted Property Accountant where she completed accounts receivable, accounts payable, analysis of capital expenditures and yearly budgets.  Prior to joining Paramount, Becky was employed by Southdale Center where she handled heavy collections, as well as all elements of accounting.

Education and Affiliations
She has diligently completed many business education and computer courses in her real estate career.  She is proficient in Colonial, Quickbooks, MRI, CTI, Skyline and Excel.  She is also commissioned by the state of Minnesota as a Notary Public.
