William West, SIOR

In 1976, William became the Chairman and CEO of the Ostendorf-Morris Company, and over the next three decades, Mr. West continued his leadership as the Managing Partner of Ostendorf-Morris. Currently, Mr. West serves as the Chairman Emeritus of Hanna Commercial with Hanna’s purchase of the Ostendorf-Morris Company in 2014.  He remains active by lending his expertise in providing counsel to management and serving as a company resource through his vast real estate knowledge. In addition, he will continue his involvement in real estate development and investment, and plays a major role in servicing a key corporate client.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
William has participated in the development and investment of over 3 million square feet of warehouse and manufacturing space and over 1 ½ million square feet of office space in various partnerships. 

Hanna Commercial is a multi-faceted commercial real estate company. William is a trusted partner of multi-national, Fortune 500 firms and represents real estate portfolios around the globe for clients including Goodrich Corporation.
