Charlie joins Norris & Stevens after a long and distinguished career with CB Richard Ellis, Inc. Charlie joined CBRE in 1990, bringing his broad-based experience into sales and leasing activities as an office specialist. With added Asset Services responsibilities in 2005, he also served CBRE clients in the capacity of Real Estate Manager. 

Through his 22-year record of exceptional client support, Charlie used his successful consultative and negotiating skills to provide property owners and tenants with the widest range of brokerage and management skills. During his tenure he represented over 500 tenant firms & over 250 property owners totaling approximately 7,200,000 square feet of transactions with a volume of over $315,000,000.
