William Birtell

Bill Birtell is a Senior Vice President in the Beitler Commercial Realty Services' Sherman Oaks office. He specializes in the leasing and sale of commercial office properties, primarily in the Burbank-Glendale-Pasadena area. A licensed California real estate broker, Bill has ten years of successful development, marketing and real estate sales experience.

Bill Birtell is a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Finance. He also earned a Master of Science Degree from the University of Southern California. Bill serves on the Burbank YMCA Board of Directors and has coached both youth soccer and baseball teams. He is married with four children and enjoys fishing, bike riding, wilderness camping, golf and all water sports.
