As an Associate Broker in the Industrial Division of Richard Bowers & Co., Vernon focuses primarily on the exclusive representation of buyers, tenants and owners of industrial properties.

With over 20 years of experience in the Atlanta commercial real estate market, Vernon has direct experience representing clients in various areas including consulting, build-to-suit properties, development services, site selection, tenant/purchaser exclusive representation, and negotiations on lease/sale transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Vernon was a licensed broker for Vernon L. Wright, Corporate Real Estate Services, where he specialized in industrial properties including both improved facilities and undeveloped sites.

Previously an Associate Broker for Ackerman & Company in the Industrial Properties Division and Associate Broker for Royal LePage Real Estate Services of Atlanta.

Earned membership to the prestigious international “President’s Roundtable” group and acheived status as a Top 5 Producer within the Atlanta area at Royal LePage.

A four year member of The Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors’ Million Dollar Producer Club.

Awarded “Rookie of the Year” at Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Group in 1983.
