Tim Blair, CCIM, CPM

A veteran real estate professional, Tim Blair works with investors, landlords, and tenants to creatively seek solutions to effectuate lease deals and discover value acquisitions.

Tim has been dealing in real estate for more than 20 years and has been a principal in Shannon Waltchack since 2010. Before joining Shannon Waltchack, he participated in hundreds of deals resulting in $50+ million of transactions while working with Sloss Real Estate Company and Blair Investment Properties. He also acted as principal and/or owner in multiple investments while President of Argyle Investments, a privately-held venture capital firm.

A Life Member of the Birmingham Association of Realtors’ Commercial Million Dollar Sales Club, Tim is a past president of the Alabama Chapter of the Commercial Real Estate Institute (CCIM), the Birmingham Commercial Realtor’s Council (BCRC) and currently serves on the National CCIM Board.

Tim is actively involved in multiple local non-profits including Mainstreet Alabama and the YMCA. After being Board Chair for several area branch YMCA’s, he currently serves on the Executive Committee for the Birmingham Metro YMCA Association. He and his wife, Barbara, have two children and attend St. Francis Xavier Church.
