Michael Murray, CCIM

Michael Murray has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience. His background includes financial analysis, underwriting, real estate finance, brokerage and development. Michael has extensive experience with lenders and special services relative to the management, disposition and acquisition of distressed assets. His transactional experience includes leasing office, retail and industrial space, from both the tenant and landlord side; national corporate real estate portfolio management; representation of buyers and sellers; and commercial development.

Michael’s current focus is tenant and buyer representation and investment real estate.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Auburn University.  He and his wife Patricia have two daughters and attend St. Mary’s on the Highlands Episcopal Church in Birmingham.  Michael enjoys fly fishing, golf and his daughters’ extracurricular activities.
