Phil Yeddis joined Unique Properties in 1999 and focuses on acquisitions and dispositions of retail, office and industrial properties within the greater Denver metro area as well as Landlord and Tenant Representation in leasing. With 38 years of experience, he has closed more than 650 transactions, resulting in excess of 1 billion dollars. He has become a top industry leader.

Previous to joining Unique Properties, Phil had his own Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Firm and advertising adgency. He also worked at Van Schaack and Company and Robert Fuller & Associates. Phil has a heavy marketing background with a subsidiary of Pitney Bowes (Monarch Marketing Systems) and Gates Rubber Company.
