Tim Budelman

Tim Budelman has been a member of the Oregon business community since 1998. After distinctively serving in the US Army and Oregon Army National Guard for 8 years, Tim graduated from George Fox University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and an emphasis in Management/Psychology. Tim has traveled extensively to start up new jobs in new territories many times over. Additionally, he has garnered certifications in strategic negotiations and development of nationally accredited ISO Quality Control Systems – all of which he uses to benefit his clients. Tim strongly believes in community and serves on/represents several boards throughout the Metro area.

Moving from a small boutique brokerage to Prudential in 2006, Tim has employed many innovative market strategies to aid clients in all aspects of the Commercial Real Estate field. 

Tim joined Norris & Stevens in December of 2011 after a successful tenure at Prudential Northwest Properties Commercial. Through exercising his trademark diligence, determination and innovation, Tim has been highly successful in navigating creative solutions and tactical negotiations across the Portland Metro market. This work also afforded him a 2017 Top Broker award. Tim remains committed to serving his client's needs through business integration, implementation and strategic planning.
