Morris Harrison

President of RB Management Services, Inc., Morris handles a multi-faceted property management, facility management and development company that was established in 1991 in affiliation with Richard Bowers & Company.

Morris’ career also includes ten years with A.G. Spanos Development, Inc., one of the nations top five privately owned multi-family and office developers and owners of the San Diego Chargers National Football League team.

Serving as Director of Office Leasing and Property Management from 1976 to 1986, he led the construction, management, and leasing of an Atlanta office portfolio of over one million square feet with clients such as Bank of America, California Federal, Wachovia, Great Western Savings and Loan, and American Express.

Prior to joining RB Management Services, Morris was Vice President of The Myrick Company for six years. He was responsible for the day-to-day management and leasing of over one million square feet of retail, office and industrial, as well as tracts of developed acreage in metro Atlanta.

Morris has represented companies such as Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, Bank Boston, Shell Oil Company, Texas Instruments, and Northern Telecom in the management and leasing of their real estate.
