Licensed in Oregon and Washington, Thomas McDowell specializes in the sale of Investment Real Estate including of retail, office, and industrial properties throughout Oregon and SW Washington.

Thomas takes a great deal of pride in being a hands-on full-service commercial investment broker when assisting his clients in acquiring or disposing of income-producing properties. Thomas monitors and manages the entire process of the investment transaction to successful conclusions while keeping his clients totally informed on the transaction’s progress. With four generations of knowledge of the Portland/Vancouver Metropolitan Area including nearly 30 years of Portland Investment Brokerage experience, Thomas is able to quickly identify the potential and quality of investment grade properties.
