Tom monitors and manages the entire process of the investment transaction to successful conclusions while keeping his clients totally informed on the transaction’s progress. 

With four generations of knowledge of the Portland/Vancouver Metropolitan Area including 14 years of Portland investment brokerage experience, Tom is able to quickly identify the potential and quality of investment grade properties.
