Steve is currently involved in the leasing and sales of numerous office, industrial and land transactions. Oriented as a user or investment sale, Steve is equipped to successfully serve a variety of clientele throughout Colorado. His astute knowledge of Denver’s volatile marketplace combined with his fine-tuned negotiation skills frame the picture of a highly qualified expert that will diligently represent each and every client.

Prior to joining Unique Properties eight year ago, Steve worked as a Commercial Broker with top Commercial Brokerage firms in Colorado. He worked for Frederick Ross Company (now NGKF) for 25 years, Cushman Realty Corporation for 4 years and Coldwell Banker Commercial for 1 year where he represented both landlords and tenants.

Education:
Steve received his formal education at the University of Colorado and the University of Denver. He earned his BSBA Degree from the Business School with an emphasis on Real Estate & Construction.
