Dan O’Neill joined Bradford Allen in 2015 as the managing director of Investment Sales. He focuses on representation of institutional and private sellers as well as buyers of office, industrial, and retail properties in Chicago’s metropolitan area. During his time at Bradford Allen, Dan has carried over his continuous success from various agencies to the role. Through several investment sale transactions, Dan has made Bradford Allen a go-to broker in the Chicagoland investment sales market.
Over his more than twenty-five-year career in the commercial real estate industry, Dan has successfully negotiated over 400 leases and sales contracts. His career began in 1990 with Baird and Warner Commercial in Rolling Meadows, Illinois, as an industrial real estate broker, and in 1993, he transitioned to Owen Wagener in Schaumburg, where he spent twelve years growing the business and eventually earned the role of the vice president of sales with the firm.
In 2005, Dan joined Marcus and Millichap in Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois – one of the largest investment sales firms in the country – as an investment broker for their National Office, Industrial, Retail and Medical Properties Group, where he focused on the Chicago area and was continuously a top producer at the firm. Just prior to joining Bradford Allen, Dan was with Cawley Chicago Commercial Real Estate, located in Downers Grove, Illinois, in 2010 as the investment sales team leader.
