Charlotte Laverentz

Charlotte Laverentz, Director of Property Management; Charlotte has been a long term member of the LS Commercial Real Estate staff (for over 15 years) and is highly experienced in the industry having over 30 years of administrative and facility management experience. Charlotte along with her staff (which include; maintenance staff, security staff, administrative staff, planning staff, etc.), manage a portfolio of commercial real estate exceeding 9,200,000 square feet located throughout the Midwest. Her duties include all aspects of the management process from physical operations to capital projects. In any given year, Charlotte will combined property operating budgets for our portfolio which exceed $5,000,000 annually.

Charlotte is active outside the office with her family and is in involved in local organizations as well.
