John Smith

John Smith, Director of Industrial Real Estate Services; is an experienced sales agent with over 20 years of experience in the industry and has completed numerous lease and sale transactions on behalf of clients throughout the Midwest. He also manages the brokerage staff. Prior to joining LS Commercial Real Estate, he was successful in other sectors including banking, computer services and office equipment sales. His substantial experience in those sectors is a great benefit to the company and his can share that experience as well with his clients.

John is involved with many professional organizations, such as Industrial Asset Management Council (IAMC), Kansas City Smart Port, and Southwestern Johnson County Economic Development. He has a long history of community involvement and has held various leadership positions with different nonprofit organizations in the community. He continues to assist many local community organizations and non-profits.
